Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items lost in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the item, please contact the carrier directly.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
